Dance is one of the best activities to engage both your mind and body simultaneously – a great way to stay cognitively and physically fit!  Choose from a variety of dance classes or dance fitness (see fitness classes).

Flamenco: Spanish music, castanets, choreographed moves – what more could you want to experience the sounds of Spain.  Beginners welcome.

Hawaiian:  Gentle flowing movements in which hands and arms communicate the stories of the islands and nature.

Latin Line Dance:  This class allows for solo steps (no partner required).  Learn some Mambo, Salsa, Cha Cha and Merengue steps.  Dance is a great way to exercise both mind and body!

Line Dance:  Choose from a country music drop-in beginner line dance or pre-registered class (Intermediate: minimum two years’ experience or Advanced: minimum five years’ experience) all genres of music, or even our new fitness Latin Line Class.
