About Us

The Ridge Meadows Seniors Society is a registered charity and was incorporated in 1999.  Our Vision is Connecting adults 55+ with a happy, healthy life.  Our mission is to provide services, foster shared experiences and advance the well being of adults 55+ in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

We offer programs, activities and services from two sites, one located in Maple Ridge and the other in Pitt Meadows.  One membership allows you to access programs and services at both locations.

On October 23^rd, 2019 RMSS celebrated their 20^th Year Anniversary of operations!  We are proud to continue to serve the seniors in our two communities.

Maple Ridge Activity Centre (MRSC) opened their doors on October 23^rd, 1999 and the Pitt Meadows Activity Centre (PMSC) opened their doors on January 26^th, 2013.

While our doors have been open for 20+ years our story actually begins long before that, in 1967, when the local Maple Ridge senior residents began meeting regularly at the Centennial Centre.
