Description:  Pilates is a breath based exercise and designed to help older adults maintain flexibility, strength and balance.  Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes core strength, proper alignment and controlled movement.  This is a beginner’s class with adaptations for those at an intermediate level. 

Props will be added to the class to add challenge and variety. 

*Bring:  your own mat
