Description: This class format includes an active warm up, low impact cardio, balance, agility, standing and seated strength & stretch exercises. (The cardio is done at a slower tempo than Stay Fit 2 & Stay Fit 3.)

This is a fun and energetic low impact class designed to improve your cardio, strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Most strength and stretch work is done in a seated position.
